Refund Policy

1) How to Book

  • A booking request is submitted through our website booking/contact form.
  • Your charter is confirmed only after we accept the request and your deposit is paid.

2) Deposit & Payment Schedule

  • A 10% deposit is required to reserve your date and time.
  • Full remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your sail date.
  • If full payment is not received by the 14-day deadline, the booking may be canceled and your date/time released.

3) Guest Cancellations (by you)

  • More than 14 days prior to sail date:
    • You may cancel for a full refund, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.

  • 14 days or less prior to sail date (after full payment is due):
    • Payments are non-refundable (deposit and any amounts paid are forfeited).
    • If we are able to rebook your date/time, we may issue a refund at our discretion, minus any processing fees.

4) Weather & Safety Cancellations (by us)

  • Safety comes first. If the captain determines conditions are unsafe and we must cancel, you may choose:
    • Reschedule to the next available date/time, or
    • Receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.

5) Rescheduling Requests

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • Requests made more than 14 days prior are typically accommodated without penalty.
  • Requests made within 14 days may be treated as a cancellation unless we can fill the original slot.

6) Late Arrivals / No-Shows

  • Late arrivals may reduce your time on the water.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

7) Add-Ons

  • Add-ons may be requested at booking and are subject to availability.
  • Some add-ons may be paid onboard if not prepaid.

8) Processing Fees

  • Refunds (when applicable) may be reduced by payment processing fees charged by the payment provider.

9) Trip Interruptions / Early Return

  • Once your charter has begun, no refunds are provided for early return or trip interruption due to guest preference, seasickness, weather discomfort, schedule changes, or other personal reasons.
